Registration and Fees

We want to be sure that we properly welcome and have capacity for all who attend camp. EVERYONE, including Teachers, Staff, and Day Visitors who are coming in from the local area, needs to register.

Fall 2025 Ozark Sufi Camp Fees

Adult Registration Fee and Loving Service Guide:

No fees for children under 5. They may not be assigned a bunk bed if camp is well attended.

Early Registration Discount Period is from August 26 – September 24.

Prices increase by $50 on September 25 and by another $50 on October 1.

If you want to come to camp, but are unsure if you can make it, let Camp Manager Sydney Buszta (sydneybuszta@gmail.com) know before September 25! We will save you a spot with a non-refundable $75 deposit. If you send the deposit by September 24, you won’t pay the rate increase. 

We would rather know you might be coming than have you come with no notice. This helps the camp run smoothly! 

Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations before September 25 will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations after September 25 will receive a refund of all but a $75 cancellation fee per camper ($20 per child/teen).

Lodging Options

Campers can stay in a cabin onsite, camp in their own tent or RV, or arrange their own lodging nearby. Fees are the same for all lodging options.

Cabin Requests

We always attempt to meet requests for a type of cabin (family, couples, women, men, co-ed, easy access). If you want to stay in a specific cabin, or with particular people, please note this in the “Comments” section of your registration form. While placement in specific cabins cannot be guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Vehicle and Tent Camping

RVs must remain in the parking areas. Tents can be set up near the cabins and at the lake shore, where vault toilets are nearby. There are no RV utility hookups at Camp Rising Sun. Please note: The State Park allows only three RVs and five tents. These are first-come, first-served.

Special Dietary Considerations

Our goal is to serve our campers healthy and delicious food at every meal and we do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions. Limited refrigerator and freezer space is available upon request.

Online Registration and Payment

We are noticing that most campers love our online registration payment option! Payment with Venmo or by credit card using PayPal is easy, and you do not need a PayPal account to use this option.

2025 Fall Ozark Camp Online Registration is closed. If you would like to join us at this camp, please contact Sydney or Kellie Rashida for walk-in rates. Thank you!
